Smazores consults limited (SCL) is a registered consultancy firm, established in Uganda. For public and private sector clients, we (SCL) implement multidisciplinary projects that require ‘green’ as well as ‘grey’ environmental expertise. We combine expertise that is available in Uganda and globally, and we put it to work.
We provide Key project management services which encompass a broad range of functions essential for successfully planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. These services ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. We conduct prefeasibility, feasibility and baseline assessment studies and monitor the social and environmental impacts of energy, mining, infrastructure and other projects. We also advise on the valuation of environmental resources and certification of their sustainable use.
In addition, we design and implement customized training modules and short courses. We also assist organizations in designing and managing projects, fundraising and recruiting staff.
